Dr Catherine Quinn

Catherine Quinn is a post-doctoral Research Officer based in the Research in Ageing and Cognitive Health (REACH) group within the School of Psychology, Bangor University, UK. Since completing her PhD she has worked on the MRC funded AwareCare study, which examined awareness in people with very severe dementia. She has also been involved in the ESRC funded ‘One language or two’ study, which explores whether being bilingual helps to prevent or delay the onset of cognitive impairment and dementia. As well as currently working on the NeuroSKILL project, Catherine is also Principal Investigator on the NISCHR funded SMART study, which explores self-management in the early stages of dementia.
